The Prerequisites
Essential
We're looking for people with a minimum of 7 years technical leadership experience within the IT industry in a delivery-focused environment together with at least 2 years experience of delivering enterprise level solutions.
BJSS' TAs are able to work as both 'lead developer' and also be comfortable presenting proposals to Senior Management within blue-chip organisations.
In addition to detailed knowledge and experience of all aspects of the .Net and/orJEE environments, candidates with a strong object oriented background gained at enterprise level in one or more major blue chip deliveries will be preferred.
Desirable
In addition to the experience listed above, we're particularly interested in hearing from candidates demonstrating some or all of the following:
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience of Middleware and messaging technologies
- Strong UML design skills
- Experience of iterative/agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP, DSDM, RUP etc.)
- Experience within the financial markets
- Coaching and mentoring skills
