Fraud Detection System Retail Credit Card Fraud

 

BJSS provided consultancy designing a system to detect telephone based credit card fraud to a major UK retailer. The project involved analysis of various electronic and manual processes and general work flow.

 

As a result of tight timescales, a manual system was recommended for the first phase. This was successfully deployed. A technology alternative is being evaluated for the second phase.
